Orang Laut Cultural Centre

Construction of the award-winning Orang Laut Cultural Center in Phuket is well underway and scheduled to open in November 2011. Awarded the BCI Asia Green Leadership Award for its eco-friendly 'fish trap' design concept, the self-sustaining development will be a working museum preserving local sea gypsy culture and traditions.

Kamala Falls Residential Resort

Construction of Kamala Falls Residential Resort began earlier this year and is scheduled to be completed by mid 2012. The innovative engineering feat of a luxury hillside residence fusing Arabian-oriental architecture overlooks Kamala Bay and straddles a natural waterfall, fitting the natural form of the sloping land to give residents unobstructed views of the Andaman.
